Tile flooring
Porcelain and ceramic tile are the workhorses of South Florida flooring — waterproof, scratch-resistant, and cool underfoot when summer hits. We install:
- Porcelain tile — large-format (24×48, 24×24, 12×24) for modern interiors, wood-look porcelain plank, marble-look porcelain
- Ceramic tile — classic subway, mosaic, decorative patterns
- Natural stone — travertine, marble, slate (with proper sealing for Florida humidity)
- Patterned installs — herringbone, chevron, basketweave, diagonal layouts
- Outdoor & pool deck tile — slip-rated porcelain pavers
Typical installed cost: $9–$18 per sqft including demo, prep, materials, install, grout and sealing.
Laminate flooring
Modern laminate has come a long way — it's the most budget-friendly option that still looks like real wood, and it installs as a floating floor with no nails or glue. Great for bedrooms, dining areas, and rental properties. Not recommended in full bathrooms or where standing water is likely.
- Wood-look planks in oak, walnut, maple, hickory and gray-washed finishes
- AC4/AC5 commercial-grade options for high-traffic households
- Water-resistant variants with sealed cores (Pergo, AquaShield, etc.) for kitchens
- Quick install — most rooms done in a day, no curing time
Typical installed cost: $6–$12 per sqft including demo, underlayment, materials, install and trim.
Engineered hardwood
Real hardwood veneer over an engineered plywood core — looks and feels like solid hardwood but handles Florida humidity far better. Perfect for living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, and main floors when you want the warmth of real wood without the maintenance headaches.
- Oak, maple, hickory and walnut in widths from 3" to 9" wide planks
- Wire-brushed, hand-scraped, or smooth finishes
- Site-finished or pre-finished options
- Refinishing potential — most engineered floors can be sanded and refinished 1–3 times
- Not recommended in bathrooms — we'll suggest porcelain wood-look tile instead
Typical installed cost: $10–$20 per sqft including materials, install, and finish/transitions.
Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) & vinyl flooring
The fastest-growing flooring choice in South Florida — 100% waterproof, scratch-resistant, soft underfoot, and looks shockingly close to real wood or stone. We install LVP and sheet vinyl in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, laundry rooms, and whole-home installs.
- Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) — wood-look in oak, walnut, hickory
- Luxury vinyl tile (LVT) — stone-look and marble-look
- Rigid core / SPC — most durable, won't dent or telegraph subfloor imperfections
- Pet-friendly & kid-friendly — handles spills, scratches, and life
- Click-lock floating install — fast, clean, no off-gassing
Typical installed cost: $4–$9 per sqft including demo, underlayment, materials, install and trim.

Frequently asked questions
What's the best flooring for South Florida?
For most Coral Springs homes, porcelain tile and luxury vinyl plank are the top choices because they handle humidity and occasional water without warping. Engineered hardwood is gorgeous for living rooms and bedrooms but should be kept out of bathrooms.
How much does flooring cost?
Installed: $4–$9/sqft LVP, $6–$12/sqft laminate, $9–$18/sqft tile, $10–$20/sqft engineered hardwood. Includes demo, prep, materials, install, and trim.
How long does it take?
1,500–2,500 sqft whole-home: 3–7 days. Single room: 1–2 days. Tile takes a little longer than LVP or laminate because of cure time on the mortar and grout.
Do you remove the old floor?
Yes — demo and haul-away of existing tile, carpet, hardwood, or laminate is included in every written estimate.
Can I supply my own flooring?
Yes. We install owner-supplied flooring from Floor & Decor, Home Depot, Lowe's, and direct importers. We'll inspect the material before install and flag any quality issues so there are no surprises.
